Founders & Managing Partners

Gabriela Simek is an Ecuadorian attorney who moved to St. Louis to earn her LLM at Washington University. Her dedication to immigrants began at age 20 at Ecuador’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and continued through her work with the MICA Project, St. Louis Family Court, and the WashU Immigration Clinic. This lifelong advocacy inspired Casa Bella: a cleaning company built to provide immigrant women with a safe, dignified, and empowering workplace.

Isabella Ocampo moved to St. Louis alongside her family during her mother’s studies. Inspired by her mother’s mission, she earned her degree in Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies from Webster University and volunteered at the U.S.–Mexico border. Paired with her experience working alongside interior designers, Isabella developed a keen eye for curated, beautifully maintained environments.

Together, mother and daughter unite their legal advocacy with a passion for elevated living spaces. Casa Bella is a company rooted in purpose, dignity, and exceptional care.
